Business trips, projects in the African renewable energy field, high-level strategic meetings: the summer of 2017 was very eventful for Mohamed Ayachi Ajroudi. The entrepreneur most notably had a meeting with Alpha Condé, President of the Republic of Guinea and the African Union.

Themes addressed by the two men included the resolution of the Lybian crisis, along with the president of the Supreme Council of Libyan cities and tribes, Mr. Elageli Abdul.

Mohamed Ayachi Ajroudi and Alpha Condé also stressed the importance of improving relations between North Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa as an integral part of developing the continent as a whole.

“We no longer want this separation,” said the Guinean Head of State. “Our vision is Africa. Africa is united in its diversity. We have a common destiny, and Africa must speak with one voice.” Further adding that for now, one of the continent’s main goals is to work toward increased youth employment and women’s empowerment.

This reunion allowed Mohamed Ayachi Ajroudi to reaffirm his commitment to peace and to the development of his home continent, Africa.
